'KEYHOLDER' MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

The annual charge for 'keyholder' membership is £120 per year and annual payment is due on or shortly after the 1st November.

Terms and conditions:

1. Anybody using the field does so at their own risk.

2. All users should carry their Keyholder Membership Card whilst using the ground.

3. The field should not be used when matches, training or other organised activities are taking place.

4. The cricket squares and any area which is being seeded or repaired must be avoided and are not available for your use.

5. Keyholder members may use the cricket nets but priority shall always be given to Golden Hill Cricket Club members. All use of the cricket nets shall be subject to the Golden Hill Cricket Nets Use Policy -- minors must always be supervised by an adult and protective equipment (pads, helmets, etc.) must always be worn when practicing with a hardball.

6. In the interest of Health and Safety, the ground must not be used for walking dogs or other animals.

7. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

8. Golf and other recreational activities that may cause damage to the field, facilities and surrounding private property are prohibited.

9. Pushbikes, motorised vehicles, scrambles, quad bikes, etc. may not be used on the field.

10. Please help keep the ground tidy by removing any waste created during your visit.

11. Lost keys will be replaced at a charge of £40. The key remains the property of Golden Hill Sports and Social Club throughout your membership and you are not permitted to have additional keys cut or to allow others to use your key. Users who repeatedly lose keys may be refused membership.

12. Golden Hill Sports and Social Club reserves the right to verify that community users of the ground are current keyholder members.

13. Replacement codes will be issued to all registered and paid-up keyholders via email at regular intervals and as deemed necessary by Golden Hill Sports and Social Club.

14. All users must respect that we are located in a residential area - we, therefore, recommend that users who cannot arrive on foot or bicycle drive at a maximum speed of 20 mph in the surrounding narrow roads and follow all local road and parking laws when visiting the ground.

15. Golden Hill Sports and Social Club reserves the right to cancel your membership at its sole discretion at any stage.

16. Additional terms and conditions may be imposed by Golden Hill Sports and Social Club and will, in such a case, be communicated to all keyholder members via email.

17. Any combination of members of the keyholder household may use the ground at the same time and bring with them 2 (two) guests subject to a maximum of 8 (eight) people at any one time.

18. The ground is not to be used for organised group training sessions or sports matches.

19. The ground is not to be used during the hours of darkness and any unsocial behaviour will result in the termination of membership and withdrawal of the key.

Keyholder membership includes automatic Golden Hill Social Club membership, which entitles the member to a discount of 10% at the bar.

Once your application has been approved you will receive an invoice for the annual or pro-rataed keyholder membership fee to be paid within 7 (seven) days.

Once your application has been approved a copy of these terms and conditions will be supplied to you along with a key to access the ground.
