Sponsorship Agreement
I understand that by signing and submitting this form, as a representative of the Sponsor outlined above, I agree that the Sponsor will sponsor Golden Hill Sports/Golden Hill Cricket Club for £50 and benefits in kind in return for promotional and commercial opportunities as set out above.
The sponsorship arrangement shall apply for one matchday and the Sponsor may separately select and sponsor additional matchday sponsorship dates subject to separate agreement and payment payment.
The Sponsor's logo will appear on all agreed materials outlined above. The Sponsor shall supply the Sponsor's logo.
Golden Hill Sports and Golden Hill Cricket Club reserve the right to name the Sponsor where permitted and appropriate in publications and publicity, including post-match publicity -- electronically and physically.
The Sponsor shall be entitled to advertise and promote the Sponsorship in a choice of mediums including, but not limited to:
a) Press, television and radio,
b) Local cricket community.
We appreciate your support! Don't forget that Golden Hill Sports Ltd is a registered charity and registered company limited by guarantee and your sponsorship may therefore be tax deductible.
