Under the terms of our Club Premises Licence, alcohol may not be supplied on the premises other than by the Club.

Hirers and their guests may therefore not bring onto the premises for sale, supply or consumption any alcoholic beverages.

By requesting the use of the bar, you agree to pay the associated fee and understand that bar staff will be provided for the duration of your event.

We can offer two options for the bar:

Guests order and pay for their drinks by card; or
Guests order from the full (or, by separate agreement) condensed bar menu and the Hirer settles the tab in full by card or bank transfer at the end of the hire period.

FEES & DEPOSIT

To secure your booking, a deposit of £50 is payable when we accept your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation on the part of the Hirer.

Depending on the nature of the event, a refundable damage deposit may also be requested at the discretion of Golden Hill Sports and Social Club.

You can pay the deposit and any applicable hire fees via bank transfer to:

If you are making payment by bank transfer, please use the date of hire as the payment reference to help us identify your payment.

The balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the start of the hire. Thank you.
