Golden Hill Social Club

Golden Hill Sports and Social Club has a licensed bar, enabling us to sell alcoholic drinks to our members and guests. Under-18s are welcome at the Club but must be accompanied by a responsible adult and are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol at the premises.

When the premises are not fully utilised by Golden Hill Sports, Golden Hill Cricket Club or Golden Hill Sonics Football Club for training, matches or community events, the facilities are available to hire.

The hire costs for the Keith Milsom Pavilion vary depending on the nature of the event and whether you require the use of the bar. In such a case, additional charges would apply and bar staff will be supplied for the duration of your event. Members and regular groups can also hire the pavilion at preferential rates.

The Keith Milsom Pavilion has a function room equipped with laminate flooring, LED lighting, integrated disco lights, a kitchen and a licensed bar on the first floor. There is access to a large screen and sound system for presentations and the venue can be used for a variety of purposes, including:

Classes
Practice
Meetings
Birthday parties
Talks
Wakes/Celebrations of Life
and more!

A fitted stairlift is available for access to the first floor.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a separate hand wash basin and instant boiling water tap and we have a 5* hygiene rating.

Hire the function room for a class, team meeting, presentation or similar during which no alcohol will be supplied, sold or consumed on the premises.

Cost: £25 per hour.

General Party Hire, excluding bar

Hire the function room for a birthday party, anniversary or similar celebration during which no alcohol will be supplied, sold or consumed on the premises.

Cost: £50 for the first hour, £25 per hour thereafter.

General Party Hire, including bar

Hire the function room for a birthday party, anniversary or similar celebration with a fully stocked and staffed bar.

Cost: £50 per hour.

Members and Regular Groups Hire, excluding bar

Hire the function room for a class, team meeting, presentation or similar during which no alcohol will be supplied, sold or consumed on the premises.

Cost: £20 per hour.

Members and Regular Groups Party Hire, excluding bar

Hire the function room for a birthday party, anniversary or similar celebration during which no alcohol will be supplied, sold or consumed on the premises.

Cost: £40 for the first hour, £20 per hour thereafter.

Members and Regular Groups Party Hire, including bar
